laptop 2004-06-24 - By kim aldis
Back this one's been around for a while, looks like they've just pumped up the processor to keep it up to date. I looked at it a few months ago. It's big and quite heavy. As far as I can see, the only advantage is the large, wide screen but they've blown it by only allowing 1600 wide. A screen that big I'd expect something more. The audio is the best I've heard on a laptop, though. If you're looking for wide screens, scout around for the latest wide-screen Vaio, it does 19220x1200 and it looks a whole lot smaller and lighter than that Tosh. Whatever you get, make sure you've a shedload of video memory, Xsi needs it for hidden surface.
