I suspect you have changed the scene_root geometry approximation setting�. This can happen by clicking no when prompted to create a local property or not when you click on the property whose name is in italic.
Switch the Explorer to Local Properties, find the Geometry Approximation under the Scene_root, then change its values back to 0.
