Back Some of these shelves were meant to be examples to show you what can be built. In order to use some of these you'll need to set the environment variable(s). If you look in your env vars, you probably don't have MYPROJECTPATH which is why the "My Project" shelf can't resolve the paths. Simply set that env var to point to your current project.
For the "Application" shelf the XSI_USERHOME is automatically set, but the path "$XSI_USERHOME\Application\Toolbars" probably doesn't exist since this is where your 'user' toolbars would be stored. If you haven't created any yet then the path probably doesn't exist yet.
For the "My Media" shelf you'll need to set the env var $MYMEDIAPATH.

(XSI 4.0) When using a layout with shelves, I'm getting errors when trying to access some of the shelves:
For example:
The shelf "My project" generates the message '$MYPROJECTPATH/Scenes' cannot be resolved The shelf "application" generates '$XSI_USERHOME\Application\Toolbars' cannot be resolved
A similar message appear for "my Media"....
(The Sample Project, shaders etc. shelves appear fine)
I've checked setenv.bat and all the variables seem to be pointing to the right directories...is there a user preference panel that I'm missing?
thanks!
