unit settings

A unit is supposed to be 10 cm. Forces in previous versions tho defaulted at
values that considered a unit to be 1 meter, that's why, for the sake of
consistency, forces like gravity now default to 98 rather then the old 9.8.

A unit is still 10cm, and default forces are now closer to realistic
behavior, but bear in mind that, for the distance/force ratio to make any
sense, you'd still need mass values, density, friction and so on.
Lack of these concepts in today's simulation systems brings the whole
dynamics system (for ANY package) back to be based on visual feedback.

RBDs don't really know if the falling sphere should accelerate like if it
was made of gold or hollow PVC.

apart from colour space, it would seem that unit settings have gone in v4.
Not that i ever used radians or milliseconds. Documentation says a unit can
be whatever you want but how does that fit with things like gravity?
