losing setting in fcurve editor 2004-06-10 - By Dan Yargici
Back No, I can't see how it could be, the check box toggles off the second you open the AE. i.e. it's not just not showing the points, it toggles off the preference in front of you! CreatePrim "Cone", "MeshSurface"
SaveKey "cone.kine.local.posx,cone.kine.local.posy,cone.kine.local.posz", 1
LastFrame
Translate , 0, 3.3865724442665, 0, siRelative, siGlobal, siObj, siXYZ, , , , , , , , , , 0
SaveKey "cone.kine.local.posx,cone.kine.local.posy,cone.kine.local.posz", 100
InspectObj "preferences.fcurve_editor", "all", "FCurveEditor Preferences", " :siLockAndForceNew:siInspectMode"
SetValue "preferences.fcurve_editor.show_keys_always", True
Keep the preferences window open. Now open the AE and watch it switch off.....

If you still obtain the same results, then perhaps you should take a look at your grfx card and drv situation, as there might a display issue in your case. > > Pierre Duranleau > 3D Graphics Support - Escalation > mailto:pierred@(protected) > SI support: mailto:support@(protected) > SI web: http://www.softimage.com > my web: http://www.cafargo.com > Visit XSI Net for custom shaders, add-ons, and more... > > > -- --Original Message-- -- > From: owner-xsi@(protected) [mailto:owner-xsi@(protected)]On Behalf > Of Matt Morris > Posted At: 10 juin 2004 14:13 > Posted To: xsi > Conversation: losing setting in fcurve editor > Subject: RE: losing setting in fcurve editor > > > What version of XSI are you evaluating? > > On 3.5.1 I don't have any problems with it forgetting animation editor > settings, haven't tried .4 though. > > This might be a bit basic but have you tried changing the setting sin the > drop down menu AND the file/preferences option in the editor? > > Next thing is to change the setting once in an editor and close it down, > then open multiple windows and the setting should apply to all... > > Other than that it might well be a bug with your install, possibly a > question for the reseller/official support guys... > > Matt > > > -- --Original Message-- -- > From: owner-xsi@(protected) [mailto:owner-xsi@(protected)]On Behalf > Of Andrew Lindsay > Sent: 10 June 2004 18:07 > To: XSI@(protected) > Subject: losing setting in fcurve editor > > > Hello folks, we are evaluating XSI as our main package, love the > modeling.
