well for one thing the Quadro FX2000 is a fully programmable GPU while the Wildcat 4 line is an old-school pixel pusher.
In fact, 3D Labs isn't making that line of graphic units anymore, they only currently sell the VP line, which _is_ a progammable unit. But that line isn't DirectX 9-compatible, it is only at the same level as the Quadro 4, which means no floating point buffers and missing out on all that is required for now standard GPU accelerated rendering. Which is why they've anounced at NAB that they'll have something new later this year.

This error is related to the graphics card you are using. It means (in short) that you will not be able to use shadows because your driver/card doesn't support these extensions. Currently the cards that support this function are based on nv30 and r300 (or better)
