Particles sharing the same ID

Particles sharing the same ID

Is there a particular reason why two particles get to share the same ID with an
Emit pEvent?
This also happens within the same pType, wich makes it pretty weird to manage.
The doc suggests to work with indices instead for speed reasons but they are re
-injected into the simulation.
Wouldn't it be logic if we could fully rely on IDs with pEvent?
Any way to force the attribution of a specific ID? Any workaround?
Thanks!
