Perhaps you knew this already, but just to be sure... All licenses that are
entitled to the 4.0 upgrade, are available for download from the License Lookup
http://www.softimage.com/licenselookup/lookup.aspx?cd=PX3E2Vpc%$a12*%vsG!K#
"The Softimage License Download lets you choose your licenses that are eligible
for upgrades. You can download the licenses you would like to receive and they
will be emailed to your reseller. Your reseller will verify the licenses and
send them on to you. It will not list all the Softimage licenses you own nor
the license history on your HostID. If you have any questions, please email:
license@(protected)"
