That's a typo - it'll be fixed ASAP.
Basically, the "**" & "*" legends are reversed.

Rigid Body Dynamics (RBD) **
* indicates a feature not in XSI Foundation
** indicates a feature not in XSI Essentials
while on

seems like it is included.
