A question for M Guy Rabiller !

A question for M Guy Rabiller !

Hello Guy,

Héhéhé, depending of your POV :)
I'm a complete noob at XSI, and I tried the XSI MB. 3 packets of cigarettes
later, I decided to try something else.
Your solution works drasticly well, even with my 1.5 version of RSMB, it
produce interesting result (not accurate, but graphicaly enjoyable ).
I use an XSI Adv Ent 3.5
Thanx for answering :)

Cheers !

 Hello Olivier,

'tremendous' may be a little bit overstated for a shader wich just transforms
3d vectors in 2d raster space vectors :-)
Anyway, thanks for your kind words, I'm glad you find it usefull.

About the screen catpures, wich version of XSI do you use ?

For the difference between ReelSmartMB and SmoothKit, at first, SmoothKit was
the only one wich accept external 2d motion vectors, while ReelSmartMB computes
those vectors from image motion flow.

But now ReelSmartMB accepts external motion vectors too, but with different
encoding.

 Cheers.

   hello there,

I gave a shot to your tremendous plug "lm_2DMV - 2D Motion Vectors Export
Shader ".
First an enormous THANK YOU, because it works great and damn fast !

My question is about the Motion Blur option panel (in the Render Options
panel).

I watched at the screen captures on La Maison site, and i found that I don
't have any "Shuter open" and "Shutter close" options, but only a "Shutter speed
" option. Also I don't have any "Interpolation Step" options.
   Am I missing something ?

A second question, is about the differences between ReelSmartMB and
SmoothKit. I used Reelsmart, but wanted to know if the results are different
with SmoothKit ?

   Thank you.
