After sleeping on it for a few days, taking Prozac and Valium showers and
not least having conversations with list members off list, I just want to
beg your time for a brief moment.
If you are man enough to talk tough talk, you should also be man enough to
apologize. Regardless of who is wrong or right, I don't like my behaviour
over the last few days. One can get caught in a moment or a sentiment, but
even if we disagree or get personal one should be able to be the bigger one
and walk away, or at least keep your calm. I am sure most mothers try to
teach that to their sons. Mine tried. Unsuccessfully, obviously. So I'd just
like to apologize for subjecting you all to this flame war over the past few
days, and apologize for my conduct regardless of the issues in play.
I will go back to sleeping on this list now, like I have for the past 3
years. I have taken too much of your time as it is. So turn your bloodshut
peepers back towards your pixels and vertices, and I wish for short render
queues to you all.
