I don't think you can do what you want, unless you use orthographic
projection on them both.
Reason being is that as they stand, director camera transforms can't do
off-centered projections.
I think you might be able to duplicate this by having your world run
through a skew matrix (which again you'll have to do yourself by editing
the matrix items individually).

Getting them to line up could be a pain - I'd say off the top of my head
it can't be done.
It MIGHT be able to be done with skew transforms, but whether it's worth
the time invested in finding out is up to you really :/
