I like 3 units = 1 foot
My characters end up around 15 -24 units tall

 usually....what size(in XSI unit) do you make you human characters? I know
XSI units are whatever size you want but I just want to know what people tend
to make the size. (i.e. 1 xsi unit = 10cm)

 thanks for any input.
