Magic Copy UV tool needed

Hi Everybody,

Is there anyone out there that has a magic copy uv tools and is willing
to share?
I have 2 models with same number of points but different point orders,
and if possible I would like not to code if someone else already did the
job:-).

           Thanks for any help.
