CPU at 50% during render

CPU at 50% during render

I am running 4GB of memory, and it looks like its only using 1.5. Both
CPU's are running at 50%. My photon usage is not extreme, but my scene
is rather huge. Is there a way to combat this?

I am running 4GB of memory, and it looks like its only using 1.5. Both
CPU's are running at 50%. My photon usage is not extreme, but my scene
