Applying #LOD modifier to Lingo created meshes

Applying #LOD modifier to Lingo created meshes

Thanks for the feedback.

I read the documented limitation but was hoping someone had found a way
around it.
Shockwave supports the LOD feature so it's only a matter of accessing the
data structure via lingo .

Exporting and converting to OBJ would work, but not in the environment where
the mesh is created at run time.

The SDS modifier only adds additional smoothing points to the mesh, where as
I would like to start with the detail and reduce it depending on camera
distance.

Thanks,
Brian
