Is there someone with some good workarounds?
Im doing a lot of technical object animation, on our project, in this period.
And I always run into animation things that shouldnt deform.
what I mean is, I have to animate the net on a fishing net, it has to flap up and down, while the character runs with it, but hard to keep its shape integer, the form should stay the same, same volume same size of the netmaskes. Or a better example a long string, is animated, it warps aroung other objects and draged here and there, and it has to keep it thickness and its lenght.
I just find it hard to do with the tools of object manipulation whe have. enveloping, shape animation and cage and other deformes.
Or is it just me that have missed out on another fundametal XSI tool.
