Cinema 4d and Bones 2003-11-26 - By Berndt Garbotz
Back Hi,
we are starting a project with a modeller using cinema 4d.
C4d can export bones right now, but I receive a bones motion, with a duration = 0, using 3dpi or common lingo.
The playlist is ok, like "[#name: "main_mesh", #loop: 1, #startTime: 0, #endTime: 6000, #scale: 1.0000]". But the duration of "0" makes me a headache. Don't want to stuck during the project ... Exporting object keyframes gives a normal Result.
Anybody who uses c4d and bones animation without trouble? Which Setup is necessary for correct export of bones ? C4d exporter docu seems poor ...
Further experiences with c4d/sw3d export?
Anybody tried Kaydara FBX as an interchange tool between 3d apps, dunno if it is worth a try?
Wish the guy could do in max :-(
Any advice is welcome, did not found very much ...
