Are you talking about your own shader or an existing one? you should be
able to change the precision in your SPDL declaration.<br>
I all cases, values entered thru scripting are maintained, so something
like:<br>

SetValue("myshader.param.R", 0.000005);<br>
<br>
would actually work as expected. the UI would display a rounded value
but the shader would actually use the 0.000005 value.<br>
