I suppose it depends on if they are able to keep high quality control on their
products. All of their market reports show very large contrasting peaks over
the past 5 years. Not to mention the Rs is very low compared to European and US
dollars. Although I did find this which could open up some revenue in all three
markets:

"Padmalaya wins $24m Orders"

Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that while participating in MIP tv
2004 festival (France - Cannes), the Company's marketing persons expressed the
interest for entering into agreement with M/s Mondo TV Group (European
animation giant), M/s Mallard Media of Scotland and Ealing Animation of UK for
joint production of animation serials / movies. As the modalities are under
process and the Board has yet to consider, the same has not been brought to the
notice of the public
The company is in the process of enlarging Animation Division capacities by
adopting various methods like recruitment / sub contracts etc.

The company has not expressed anything to the press on as specific plans to
acquire and merge small and medium enterprises of animation companies with the
company.

Appointment/ hiring of foreign professionals / technicians is a routine matter
whenever required.

Company has entered in to an agreement with M/s Cybergraphix Animation Inc, USA
to produce Animation Software.

There was some ongoing negotiations with overseas animation companies for joint
/ co production, which are in active consideration.
