Back In the "Defaults" section of your shader, you can configure the number edit control like so: my_fine_control { UIType = "Number" { Decimals = 8; } } which will give you at least eight decimal places. - ½

Is there a way to set the preferences in XSI 4.0 so that RGB values are displayed with more than three digits after the decimal point? If I enter 0 .0005 as an RGB value, it is rounded to 0.001, and 0.00049 is rounded to 0.0. This is not just a display problem; XSI actually rounds the shader parameter values. I thought that XSI 3.51 provided the ability to change the number of digits after the decimal point, but I might be mistaken. -- Jim Rothrock | jimr@(protected)
