"Cheap" is a relative issue, what you need to do is see what your budget
is and then ask what the best card for that amount is.
I would also recommend the nvidia FX Ultra series (5900 or 5950) rather
than Ti cards though. The 5700 card is very noisy
so you might want to watch out with that one.

The FX 5700 Ultra GDDR3 is cheap, has better features than the GeForce 4
series and a good performance for the money. But for 200$ you will
already get a 5900. And maybe in July you will get for the same money
the 5950. Other GeForce cards below 200$ I would not recommend.
