Exactly Steve,

Edge Loops,point loops, poly loops.  Also there are the equivalent of
edge/point/poly loop connect using the left mouse buttong with the Alt key.

Like I said, very sexy.

sounds cool, i suppose other selection methods are like that. i have always
found XSI to be consistent throughout the program with its controls.
