It is probably handy to have, but it is by no means as necessary as a plant
generator like XFROG.  I mean, we can al leats do facial animation pretty
well in XSi already, but plants and vegetation are another matter.

We are missing one more thing which I have used with great results in Maya:
Face Station, or any other facial tracking software (without expensive face
mocaps). It has worked really well for me. You record your face, audio and
input a text file used for speech. The software automatically recognized
emotions and phonetics and linked them to the blend shapes you produced.
This is the only thing I'm missing from plug-ins for XSI :-).
