Back Yep, this normally is a driver issue and I come across it on my laptop from time to time the odd thing is doing a middle click on the nodes would automatically connect them but not in this case. We ended up changing his display settings from 24bit to 16bit as a test which worked correctly. After that went well we went back to 24bit and that was fine as well, Weird. This might also occur when the driver settings are forcing antialiasing onto application and could cause glitches with FX tree, weight painting, etc. /Will -- --Original Message-- -- From: owner-xsi@(protected) [mailto:owner-xsi@(protected)]On Behalf Of John Ogresko Posted At: Tuesday, April 27, 2004 3:39 PM Posted To: xsi Conversation: Input connection in FX tree not attaching Subject: RE: Input connection in FX tree not attaching
Reply Not intentionally, Avid support is walking me through it right now It is really bizarre I drag a connection to the matte channels and the foreground and background connections connect John -- --Original Message-- -- From: owner-xsi@(protected) [mailto:owner-xsi@(protected)] On Behalf Of Raffaele "ThE_JacO" Fragapane Sent: Tuesday, April 27, 2004 9:56 AM To: XSI@(protected) Subject: RE: Input connection in FX tree not attaching Did you change videocard or videocard drivers ? -~== Raffaele Fragapane ==~- -~== Freelance Technical Animator & TD ==~- -~== Senior Technical Animator @ Peerless Camera ==~- - Currently London Based - +44 798 4955734

Any ideas? I have opened a new fxtree and tried editing an old one. On the old when I try to connect an output on event A my cursor highlights the output on event D which is in another part of the tree, really weird John
