Yes, it does :)
Somehow the first shapekeys got a little screwed up, keeping the stack.

hi,
when you save the shapekey the movepointstack will normally vanish if
not you can change the stack by moving (in this case) the
cluster_shape_combiner and the Envelope Operartor on top (drag and drop)

will this help?!
