Back -Trail (Creates a curve path the ghosted object is traveling on)
There are so many options, and it's tied into the architecture at a very core level, so a lot of really cool tricks are out there just waiting to be discovered.
What I would love to see in the future is to have the path/motion trail/keyframing combined.
That is you could edit the points on the motion trail, as if editing the path and that would update your keyframes for position.
Cheers,
Luke
