Just a moment I'll test it,   Yes, in the Pro version,  you can animate
the tree parameters, trunk, branch, leaf, to simulate or fake the
growth.
the draw back is you need to use a tree from the limited library files
but they are very easy to mold into custom trees.
You can export out the model files with the animation information but I
haven't needed to go that far  yet.
