This is a question of what you've agreed to. If you sign an agreement that
says you're not going to say anything about something then you don't say
anything about the thing, regardless of what the other party decides to say.
Softimage can say what they want, signatories to the NDA can't, regardless
of what Softimage have said, because they've agreed not to.
Oz, on the other hand, can ask anything he wants. He may not get answers but
he can still ask. :)
