Constraints woes/bugs?

Constraints woes/bugs?

Hello all,

I've been getting this problem on and off since running 3.5.1. If I use a
lot of constraints setting up my character rig, I sometimes for no reason
get 'cyclic dependency' warnings even though there's no way a dependency
could have been created and worse still corrupt scenes!!!

I get this warning before XSI crashes "This constraint X is not connected
correctly, incorrect result may occur, try to reapply constraint if
possible"

This usually happens if I'm using pos constraints to move objects into their
correct positions and then delete them and then reverse the constraint e.g.
pos constrain a harness to a bone to get the correct position, delete the
constraint and in turn constrain the bone to the harness.

I've been doing this for years on previous versions with no such problems.
It's driving me nuts, setting up my rig only to find the scene won't load
:( It's as if XSI isn't correctly deleting constraints within the scene?
Any ideas? anyone had similar problems?

Cheers,

Jeff.
