Logic for parameter items

Hi Robert,

I can't seem to find either the spdl you're talking about, or the parameters
you're referring to.

The cloth spdl I got is C3DClothOp.spdl, but there is no master or local
parameter (nor there is one in the cloth ppgs).
On my side the local cloth ppg looks pretty much the same as the general
cloth ppg.
Am I missing something?

Thanks
Bernard
