refractive blob problem 2004-04-08 - By Andi Farhall
Back I'm trying to do some condensation on a bottle using the blob shader on some particles, i'm using refraction and transparency and i'm getting rendering artifacts. Any geometry that you see through the refractive particle, in this case the bottle, is appearing "grainy" if the geometry is inside the particle bounding volume of the particle cloud. Seem like it makes refractive blobs pretty useless!
any clues??
