Yes, check out the cloth SPDL as reference.
You will see the difference between Local Cloth Cluster PPG and general
cloth PPG.

The function that calls these SPDLs is in \DSScripts\Particle.vbs "function
ApplyClothProc ( in_Objs )'

In the cloth SPDL look at the differences between 'Local' and 'Master'
