Back Hi Adam, often/nearly always it's one client/machine that's causing the problems and not rendering or rendering dodgy frames. Quickest way we've found to get this re-rendered is by displaying rendered frames by client picking out the faulty machine, select all frames for that client and re-submit. Takes less than a minute. If it's a couple of machines causing problems do it to both, obviously. This way you don't have to go through whole job picking out the frames. However if it's just dropped frames and no machine registered as rendering, this is just curious and symptom of something else going on I would have thought.
Btw, pop over and say hello sometime!

HI Bernard,
unfortunately if I'd had the time I would just have re-rendered the lot. :)
Ended up counting the missing frames and submitting them to the Renderfarm instead.
Big boo boo on Softs part not to have that working properly.
