Thanks for your tip :-) I re-map my pen with your settings and it works great !
With the pen I have to activate the "transform manipulators" to be able to move only one of the three axis in a camera view. I don't like this option a lot but with a Wacom, it's ok ;-)

I never let go of my wacom no matter which software I'm using, everything from Outlook to XSI. I simply mapped the lower button as middle-mouse and the upper button as rightclick, I don't need the double-click-button. It works great in XSI and is especially useful for changing values by clicking and rotating the pointer around the box. I haven't encountered any noticable wacom-related delays tho, works great. By the way, middle-mouse on the pen is a great way to scroll webpages with in internet explorer =) I use my thumb to access to two buttons, feels best for me.
