Back Hey guys I just shaved my head on that one... The hard way.
Here's the solution and the way it works fine from then one. Delete all your volumic of your scene. Save that scene. Open a new scene merge your scene with a brand new one empty. Reapply your volimic after words.
In my case it fixed everything.
Seems that the problem occurs when you import a character that has a volumic attach to it. For instance we have this character that has a flashlight gun. Well the flash light was looking very good with volumic. So exported the character and then sent it to a new scene. Volumic went to hell after that. Same problem as describe below.
