Hey carl,
Just a thought, do those dll really need to be under app/bin? Cuz frankly I would not really appreciate a tool that would mess with the original install. I mean I don't see why you would need to do so as XSI will load those DLL even though they are under Addons. It's a matter of being able to understand where a problem lies when it arise. And personnally I wouldn't like to have those custom dll's under the install path.
