rendertree after import SI3D scene to XSI

rendertree after import SI3D scene to XSI

I'm not in front of XSI at the moment, but wasn't this implemented in
3.5 and accessable within the scene node before importing the SI3|D
file? I recall reading something about this in the version notes....

Cheers,

There is a script that converts it all to a useable XSI Rendertree - I
think it might be on XSInet - if you don't come right with it, let me
know and I will send it to you! It is called OO_ReplaceSoftMaterial.vbs

  Hello,

Once somebody mentioned that there is a way how to rebuild a
rendertree
after imporitng a scene from SI3D to XSI, I can't find that
topic anywhere.

I have several textures ,like reflection maps, bum maps,
pictures ...... some
  metal material..........

Somehow I can't find those textures in XSI, even if render is
OK, just slightly
  brighter than in SI3D v3.9

Thanx for all info in advance....

  Cheers,
  Marek
