A good way would be an installation routine which would ask for the installation folder of XSI - afterwards you could use "xsi -i carlsaddon.xsiaddon" to install the addon and copy the dll's as well.
as said - feel free to contact me if you want me to code something like this in exchange for two million dollars. (canadian ones, please..)
