Back If you turn “Chain Critical Zone” on in the display options, and the resolution plane is set to upvector, you can see the resolution plane’s triangle pointing at your object.
This is only good to visualize things, to find it from the explorer…. Dunno, don’t think there’s a way actually, not even the selection options in the constrain panel.

Sorry I'm missing an obvious button somewhere.
