How to get Chain Up vector object?I am not sure if that is possible.

Can't you create a custom button therefor?

 -SkeletonUpVectorOp spdl is non-existant
 -One can use .UpVectorReference via scripting.
 But how just in the GUI can one get the upvector object from a chain or bone?
