DOF with Zdepth in After Effects 2004-03-25 - By Guillaume Laforge
Back Use a "compound blur" with your Zdepht to do your DOF effect.
If you want to control the focus, read the excellent tutorial by Guy Rabiller :

Hi,
I have to do a DOF effect in After Effects, but I don't know how! I usually use Zpics in after, but I can't m beacause of AA. And I can't either do it in XSI FXTree, because it's part of a whole project that another person will be compositing in After.
Has anyone used a Zdepth pass in after?
