Back
A possible workaround might be to try to distill the file in Acrobat
distiller and then open it in Acrobat Reader and re-save as an eps
file.....not sure if this will work as I haven't had to deal with
Illustrator CS files or use Acrobat eps files.
Illustrator 10 allows you to save to older compatible versions of
Illustrator, I'm sure your client's version of Illustrator CS must be
able to do the same.....
