Are you thinking about something like snap-to-keys in the animation
editor? I don't think XSI can do that. I usually have to copy and paste
values of keys all the time, quite counterproductive.

For flattening keys I use the Shift-0 (See http://ift-0.ora-code.com) hotkey (zero slope). If you write
a script that covers both, care to share?
