Do you mean while key framing? If so example:
You have a key at frame 10 and you want the same key at frame 12.
Go to frame 10 - right-click on the timeline at frame 12 (it will be a green marker) then hit key.
Frame 12 now has the same key values as frame 10

i may have overlooked something fundamental, but...... is there a shortcut to match the value of a key to the previous or next key? i find myself spending a reasonable amount of time copying and pasting values and flattening curves?
