Does anyone have a suggestion for a good book about lighting (not CG specific) ? Lighting&Rendering from Jeremy Birn is already part of my bookshelf, i?m looking for something that shows final-shots and the corresponding light-setup (like a photographer?s working examples or studio-lighting).
