It happens now and then.
You could try merging the scene into a clean one, then save that with a new
name.
If everything looks OK, carry on as if nothing happened.

 Subject: Save Error

Hey list, I'm getting this error on my save scene all the sudden:

'ERROR : "2000 - Save: [3] objects were not saved normally, XSI saved them
separately, please report to Softimage"

 SaveScene

Although at first glance when I reload the scene all seems to be in
working order-

 TIA
