Hi,
It's a part of Windows, so you have to uninstall it by going to "Add/Remove programs" and select "Remove Windows Components". You'll get a list of stuff you can uninstall that's preinstalled with Windows 2K/XP.
You can also edit the file 'sysoc.inf' and replace the word "hide" with "" (nothing), now if you go back into the control panel and go back to "Add/Remove programs" and select "Remove Windows Components", you have more options to uninstall, like the dreaded MSN Browser ;)
Hope this helps,

Sorry, my bad it was the opposite. Working in Maximized acts up, but it won't act up if restore down and work. It's not the best solution but try it out, or if you find a different trick would like to know. "Accessibilty Options" is a windows things, It's in the "Control Panel", which doesn't seem to be able to uninstall :-( (or I just don't know how) on XP.

Isn't "Restore" that movable window mode that isn't Maximized or Minimized? I work in Maximized so it doesn't sound like the same issue. But if it is ... what are "Accessibility Options"? Is this an XSI thing or Windows thing? Saaavvvve meeee... People keep opening my door and sticking their heads in asking "what's with the truckers mouth?"
