Sorry, my bad it was the opposite.
Working in Maximized acts up, but it won't act up if restore down and work.
It's not the best solution but try it out, or if you find a different trick
would like to know.
"Accessibilty Options" is a windows things, It's in the "Control Panel", which
doesn't seem to be able to uninstall :-(
(or I just don't know how) on XP.

Isn't "Restore" that movable window mode that isn't Maximized or Minimized?  
I work in Maximized so it doesn't sound like the same issue.  But if it is
... what are "Accessibility Options"?  Is this an XSI thing or Windows
thing?   Saaavvvve meeee... People keep opening my door and sticking their
heads in asking "what's with the truckers mouth?"
