Back Your not alone. It happens when your in the restore mode. For now the only way for me is to be out of restore mode. And Rob, I think it's the same thing I brought up last december as "xsi minimize" and you told me to try uninstalling the Accessibility Options, which helped you from it. But I just can't figure out how to uninstall it. (stupid me)
